Project: Theatre Itapeva, competition (2009)

Site: Itapeva, SP, Brazil

Project for a new theatre for the city of Itapeva, attached to the old 1912 railway station of the city by Ramos de Azevedo. The new theatre uses the existing space of the station (now in ruins) for supporting functions. The theatreroom itself is built in a new building in corten steel.
