Project: Soft Food restaurant Shopping Fiesta (2009)

This restaurant is the second in the Soft Food chain. It serves typical Brazilian food in a fast food setup inside shopping malls, concurring with for example McDonalds and Pizza Hut. In order to establish a standard for future units, we analyzed the appearance of the first restaurant and proposed alterations in some of the basic details, such as colours, materialisation and visual communication to upgrade the level of sophistication. For the new restaurant we substituted the blue-yellow-white of the original colour palette for blue-yellow-brown and finished it with details in black granite. 6 Plasma-tvs serve for menus and promotions. Special attention we gave to the lighting design. Indirect lighting detailed behind the granite balcony outlines the attendance area and illuminates the glass-tile mosaic.
